#grtwproject26.2 ‘I’ve gone vegan while marathon training.’

In this month’s blog, #grtwproject26.2 runner, Catriona Ward-Sell, explains how changing her running technique is helping her run..and the big change to her nutrition When training for a marathon, it’s easy to let an obsession with stats and goals touch every part of your life. ‘Will I finish work in time to get my long run in? Will these biscuits I’m eating fuel or hinder tomorrow’s paces? Should I take my foam roller to the cinema with me?’  I have also been thinking about how my running fits into the bigger picture of my life, health, and the world around me.

Review: Tribe Sports Performance Running

It is very rare for us here at Girls Run the World HQ to rave about any specific sports label. But the new range from TribeSport has got us hooked, combining both function and style in spades…   Remember those Parkrun t-shirts that you’d get for running your 50th or 100th park run? GRTW Recipes for Foodie Runners: The Brunch

This is the perfect brunch on a lazy Saturday morning after Parkrun, or a fantastic carb-loading breakfast for a long run on Sunday… I’ve never been to Iran or the Middle East but I do love the flavours and tastes associated with that area, with pomegranate and mint, spices and delicious creamy cheeses. For now, I’ll have to be content with trying to imitate the flavours of their

Add to that the fact that there
