Runderlust – this weekend’s bucket list race destinations

From running through the Fjords of Norway to the sultry hot streets of Ecuador, these races have piqued our interest This weekend’s runderlust choices have one thing in common, they all start in the evening. Which makes it the perfect race destination for the KnarvikMila, a weekend of races taking place in Bergen, the gateway to the Fjords. On Friday, try

Four Ways to Improve your Running Technique

Here at Girls Run the World, we really love the NowTV show, Little Big Lies.  And it’s great that we see the three main female leads, played by Nicole Kidman, Reese Witherspoon and Jane Chapman running, particularly the scene in Series One where they all run down the beach together.
