APPLICATION PROCESS
The #GRTWTrailblazers ambassador applications have now CLOSED. Our next GRTW Ambassadors Intake will be in 2022.
From the date of your application until July 31st 2021, you are invited to WOW us with your passion for running or triathlon, with your creativity, and your absolute dedication to moving freely and fearlessly.
Successful applicants will be contacted in August 2021 to begin their year-long ambassadorship on 01 September 2021
Who are you? You're a woman out to reach your goals in running or triathlon whatever they may be. We are a community of all levels and all life stages. Career women, mothers, grandmothers. We are leaders of our own lives.
What's involved? It's all about sharing your love of your active movement on Instagram (or Twitter) so you'll need to be active on social media and your profiles must be public. You'll be sent more info once you have applied.
WHAT ARE THE PERKS?
Successful applicants will join us as Official GRTW Ambassadors for one year starting from September 1st 2021. As part of the #GRTWTrailblazers you will:
- Receive a year long training support membership to our platform worth £275
- Girls Run the World kit
- Be part of a unique community with a mission to increase women's participation
- Join exclusive GRTW digital campaigns
- Invite to an exclusive Ambassador event in September 2021
- Have the opportunity to be further rewarded with kit drops & other surprises
FAQs YOU MAY NEED TO KNOW...
Do I need to be fast?
No! You can be though. Or you can be a beginner starting out on this journey. All we ask is that you are passionate about your goals.
Do I have to live in the UK?
No, we are global and our mission is to help women worldwide realise their potential through running and triathlon.
Will I be paid?
No. You will not receive any wage, nor will you be an employee of Girls Run the World. As a prospective ambassador during the application period you will not receive any remuneration.
If you are selected as an Official Ambassador you will receive free membership to the Girls Run the World training platform and official kit. During your year-long ambassadorship you will also be invited to take part in campaigns that will be incentivised with non-financial rewards (eg kit or training).
If I don't get picked this year can I apply again in future ambassador campaigns?
YES!
I don't look like an athlete, can I apply?
YES! Girls Run the World is about showing that every woman can achieve whatever they want with the right training, support and inspiration. We care about your goals and your passions, not what you look like or the pace on your Garmin.
I'm a PT/ Coach, can I apply?
Yes. But you can not use the GRTW hashtag or platform to promote your own services. We're always on the look out for triathlon coaches, sports nutritionists, ultra coaches and sports psychologists to join as partners. You can find out more here.
I'm already sponsored by another brand, can I apply?
Yes, but Girls Run the World and #GRTWTrailblazers posts related to this ambassadorship must not be tagged alongside any other brands, communities or competitors. For the application period any posts that do so will not be considered as part of your application.
