- Save time - we work out your training plan, periodisation and everything else in between, leaving you time to train. ave to spend time working out your training plan, the what or the how, we deliver the session that fits your goals and life, all you have to do is follow it.
- Improve your performance with training that is personalised to you, your goals and female physiology.
- Avoid injury with recovery, strength and mobility workouts where appropriate.
- Confidence with training that works for you, you'll see results which builds your confidence.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
- Fill out our coaching questionnaire and we will match you to a coach (unless you have a preference).
- Your coach will then set up a consultation call (£50, refunded off the price of your coaching package).
- Your training plan will be delivered in oneto three week blocks, whichever is more appropriate via Training Peaks (see image below).
- Weekly contact with your coach via a channel suitable for you.
