Terms and Conditions, Girls Run the World Run Wild One Day Camps & Retreats

1. By registering for Girls Run the World trips/holidays, participants declare that there are no medical reasons they could not take part and they are physically fit and capable of the activities which they are due to undertake. 
2. Participants acknowledge that they are taking part at their own risk and should take suitable precautions with regards to personal health and safety.
3. Customers must comply fully with all and any health and safety regulations introduced by Girls Run the World. 
4. Girls Run the World is not liable for any injuries to the customer in his/her use of our facilities or participation in activities. A customer must always stop and rest if he/she is feeling any pain or sickness and inform the teacher of any previous injuries.
5. Girls Run the World accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury or illnesses which may be received during the customers stay or travelling to and from our holidays and retreats.
6. Girls Run the World cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of personal possessions or valuables of the customer.
7. We do not issue any refunds for trips or one day training events or camps, nor do we exchange for a different product within  GRTW.
8. Trips can not be transferred to another party. 
9. All trips and camps will run as planned irrespective of weather.  
10. In the event of a customer having any complaint then he/she will not discuss this with any third party and shall notify the manager as soon as possible.
11. Participants agree to royalty-free use of their images (including video) for marketing purposes and/or social media. If this is not OK please notify us in writing before the holiday.
12. COVID-19 Policy: In agreeing to these terms participants acknowledge their personal risk in partaking in activities during the pandemic. 
    1. All events will adhere to current government guidelines with social distancing and group measures in place;
    2. Participants must bring their own mask and hand sanitiser;
    3. A full refund minus admin fee will be given if the event is cancelled due to government guidelines.
    4. It is the participant’s responsibility to alert Girls Run the World if they experience any symptoms or a positive test before an event. A full refund minus admin fee will be given if you cannot attend the event due to a confirmed case of Covid.
    5. It is the participant’s responsibility to alert Girls Run the World if their area enters a local lockdown meaning they cannot attend. A full refund minus admin fee will be given if you cannot attend the event.
    6. Any participant who is in self-isolation on the event date will receive a full refund minus admin fee.
