Join us for a spectacular trail running adventure designed to help you to reset in the stunning outdoors while learning trail running techniques with likeminded female runners.
Saturday April 17th - South Downs Wonder Wealds
We start from the stunning Stanmer Park on the outskirts of Brighton. Tracing the edge of the woods we will enjoy views to the spectacular manor house, designed in the 1700s, before heading onto the glorious South Downs.
Practising uphill running techniques (a good excuse for some rest) we will run up to Ditchling Beacon with far-reaching views over the Weald. We will return to Stanmer Park and hopefully enjoy views of the carpet of bluebells at this time before a 45 minute restorative outdoor yoga session (weather permitting).
Afterwards, why not stay and enjoy lunch at One Garden in the newly restored walled garden? (Make sure to book a table). The perfect weekend retreat from London and the surrounding areas, with easy access by train and car.

Saturday 8th May, Running the Charleston Set
Staring from the lovely town of Lewes, this mixed terrain trail adventure will take us past some landmarks of the Bloomsbury Artist set, including Leonard and Virginia Woolf's country retreat, Monk's House in Rodmell.
From there we leave the serene banks of the River Ouse and ascend a steep tarmac lane (formerly a sheep droveway) to the South Downs Way with stunning views over the Ouse Valley, to the sea and beyond.
A steep, technical descent follows back down to the flood plains of the Ouse and our return to Lewes for a sunny outdoor restorative yoga session (weather permitting) .
Why not make a weekend of it and book a self catering stay in Lewes, where you'll be able to visit the castle and enjoy the history of this market town, once a major port in the 18th century. Otherwise, it's an easy hop back onto the train to Brighton or London.

Each trail experience is £50 which covers guiding, coaching and yoga. Spaces are limited to 18 with 3 guides. Full refunds provided if Covid-related issues cause the need to cancel.
