Run Wild Trail & Yoga Retreat, September 6-8th 2019

Join us a for a stunningly beautiful trail running and yoga retreat this September.

Not only will you get to explore the beautiful countryside around Arundel, enjoying morning and evening yoga sessions to help nourish your mind and body, the retreat comes equipped with an indoor heated swimming pool and an outdoor sauna, for the ultimate in relaxation post running.  

And that's not to mention the delicious healthy breakfasts and vegetarian suppers. 

With technique advice, as well as yoga sessions to restore and unwind, our retreat will leave you feeling fit, strong and rested.

FRIDAY

  • Arrival from 5pm.

  • 6.30pm-7.30pm,  choose between Yin Yoga session to unwind and restore, or an evening trail run.

  • 8pm Welcome drinks and vegetarian supper.

SATURDAY

  • 7.00-8.00am, outdoor (weather permitting) yoga flow, helping to nourish and mobilise the body and restore balance.

  • 8.30am - 10am, breakfast.

  • 10.15-12.15pm, trail run of between four and eight miles.

  • 12.30 - 3.30pm, optional, walk to the a local pub for lunch. Or kick back and relax at the retreat (Lunch is not included in the price).

  • 3.30pm- 5.00pm, a leisurely trail run of between 4 - 6 miles.

  • 6.00pm - 7.00pm, sunset yoga.

  • 7.30pm Supper.

SUNDAY 

  • 8.00am-9.00am Flow Yoga.

  • 9.15am-10.30am Breakfast.

  • 10.45am-12.15pm Trail Run 4 miles.

  • 1:00pm End of Girls Run the World retreat.

Our accommodation is located just outside Arundel, a 10 minute taxi ride from the station.  Parking is avaialbe for those travelling by car.

PRICES AND DETAILS

The package includes:

  • Accommodation and breakfast, Saturday and Sunday.
  • Vegetarian meal on Friday and Saturday night.
  • Unlimited tea and coffee.
  • 3 to 4 trail runs (Friday night, 2 x on Sat 1 x Sun morning).
  • 3 to 4 yoga sessions (1x fri, 2 x Sat morning, 1 x Sun).
  • GRTW tee-shirt.

Twin share with ensuite, £355 (10 spaces)

Twin share, shared bathroom, £330 (4 spaces)

Double room, single occupancy, £380 (2 spaces)

FAQ

Do I need to be able to run at a certain speed?

No, all speeds are welcome and we have between two and three coaches to ensure that no one is left on their own.

Do I need to be able to run a certain distance?

Yes, you will need to be able to run a minimum of four miles without stopping.

Do I have to do every run?

No, all of our sessions are optional.  You can choose to enjoy the surroundings and explore on your own or just lie back and relax with a good book. 

Do I need to bring a yoga mat?

No, mats will be provided.

What happens if it rains? 

We will run whatever the weather, be prepared with the right clothing.

Kit List

  • Trail running shoes are prefreable although if it's dry, road shoes should suffice.

  • Plenty of running socks.

  • Running backpack (optional).

  • Running clothes.

  • Waterproof jacket.

  • Sunglasses/cap/or visor.

  • Suntan lotion (we hope!).
