Having a personal coach who develops your training week by week, will help you to realise your potential. We take the stress out of training for a big race, cutting out unnecessary time spent worrying about what session to do and when.

Girls Run the World Personalised online coaching can help you to achieve your goals, making you faster, stronger and fitter without any of the stress of figuring out what to do or when. 

How it works 

  • An initial coaching consultation by phone or email will help us to identify your goals and provide us with the insight to provide the best traning plan and approach for YOU.
  • We will deliver a training plan in fortnightly blocks, viewable on laptop or mobile. 
  • Pace guidance on every run, along with distance.
  • Strength and conditioning and yoga workouts, all with video explainations. 
  • Nutrition and mindset guidance.
  • Weekly feedback with your coach. 

Sometimes, looking after kids, work or holidays get in the way and that's where our mentoring really works - we understand your life and what's going on, not just running and triathlon.
