As well as structured running workouts, you'll get advice about nutrition, hydration, running with poles and more.
Delivered via our training software partners, Training Peaks, all your training will be easily accessible via the app. TP will record all your data from heart rate to cadence, if using a training watch.
Plus you'll get access to our online training group for further support and connection.

Running 100 miles is an incredible feat of endurance.
This training plan, written by Lucja who has participated in everything from multi-stage races to 200 milers in some of the most dramatic and inhospitable places in the world is perfect for the first timer who wants to achieve a finish.
Available to purchase on its own or accessible as a member on an annual membership.
20 week plan, strucutured into base, peak and taper with recovery weeks built in. It is a mileage based plan rather than duration.

From the infamous Leadville 100 miler to the stunningly beautiful Ultra Trail Mont Blanc, Australian born Lucja is an extremely experienced ultra runner.
Her feet have seen her running across the world in all kinds of terrain from Oman to the Gobi Desert, and now in Tennessee, USA where she is based.
As a qualified personal trainer, with a speciality in functional anatomy and biomechanics, Lucja is particularly interested in creating strength programmes that improve mobilty and biomechanics to help women explore further and for longer, both in distance and in their life span.
As a veteran of 200-240 mile trail races, she is also an expert in mental resilience.
