About the course
If you want to improve your performance in triathlon or swim-run events, this time-saving kettlebell programme is perfect.
An all-round body strength programme to be done alongside your usual training, this will help to build strength and cardiovascular endurance, as well as improve dynamic functional movement for better biomechanics.
- Eight sessions.
- Designed to be done twice per week.
- 30 minute sessions.
An English Athletics running coach, Katie, 37, and mum of two, is qualified in suspension and kettlebell training. She uses this traiining to improve her own performance and those she trains. In 2021, she will represent Great Britain as part of the age group Aqualathon team in the European and World Championships.
You will need at least one kettlebell.
