12 week training programme for a standard distance triathlon

You'll be able to train in your own time but with the support and acccountabilty of being part of a group with a coach on hand for support and expertise. 

Our 12 week training programme is more than a plan, it is a fully inclusive training programme and experience.

Delivered via our GRTW Training Peak app, the TST programme includes live stream strength and turbo sessions, group and 1-2-1 coaching calls, and an amazing race experience meet up. 

About the course

This is part of our Pathway to Participation and Performance, with a mission to create gender equality on start and finish lines. The plan is aimed at first timers or those who have already done triathlon.  

Stand alongside an equal number of women on the start line, finish and take your place as a woman who inspires others in triathlon, while achieving your best.

About Rachael W

Rachael has over 19 years experience practising yoga, and over a decade of experience teaching it specifically to runners and athletes from a variety of sporting backgrounds.

Like many runners, she started doing yoga when a running injury forced her out of marathon training. Six months of practise later, and she felt better than she had in years.

Since then, she has gone on to practise across the world, from Brazil to India (where she studied under Madonna's yoga teacher) and Portugal.

She identifies as a runner and triathlete who practises yoga, not a yogi who is a runner or triathlete. And her focus is always on improving the flexibility and mobility of those she teaches. 

Flexibility is for everyone, not just the naturally bendy.
