About the course
Online turbo classes are super effective and time smart, enabling you to build you power, speed and confidence on the bike during the winter, ready to hit the roads strong and fast in the Spring.
Delivered online all you need is acess to an indoor bike, which can be your own turbo or a gym bike.
Natalie will guide you through the session, telling you exactly what effort level to put in and when. Aimed at those training for an Olympic or 70.3 distance triathlon.
Each class is one hour, Wednesday 7-8pm and will run from Wednesday 16th February - Wednesday 9th March.
The sessions will be deliverd and taught via Zoom. Although if you have Zwift you will also be able to join the group on Zwift.
About Nat Creswick
Natalie found her love and talent for cycling after trying triathlon. After winning her first crit race, and then her first road race, she wsa hooked.
Now an accomplished athlete as well as cycling and triathlon coach, Nat combines her love for being outdoors with coaching and mentoring other triathlon coaches.
My favourite part of coaching is seeing people develop their confidence and witnessing their achievements knowing how hard they have worked for them.'
Coaching Qualificatons: British Triathlon Level 2 and Level 2 Diploma and British Cycling Level 2 coach.

Block one includes four online one hour classes.
