About the course

Runner's knee - or ITBS, is one of the most common training injuries for women. Usually a result of increasing volume too quickly, it is incredibly frustrating and can be very painful.

If you have been diagnosed, this programme of professionally qualified advice on how to rehabilitate your knee will get you back to running. And also, teach you valuable lessons on how to prevent it ruining your trainning in the future. 

Save time and money spent at physio appointments and rehab at home. 

You will need a Pilates ball and foam roller. 

  • Daily, depending on injury severity.
  • Six weeks. 
  • 10-20 minute sessions. 

About Dawn

As well as over a decade of experience in Physiotherapy, Dawn is also a keen runner and swimmer. Dawn has spent the last six years on the finish line of Brighton Marathon with her team, providing physiotherapy and massage relief to runners.
