About the course
Week one starts with a training volume of about five hours, building to 10 hours at peak volume.
We base our training on effort level, making it simple but effective to stick to the training, progress and develop.
Created by the GRTW level 2 British Triathlon Federation coach, Natalie Creswick who is also a cycling coach, this is an effective easy to follow training plan for someone who wants to develop their 70.3 performance.
About Nat Creswick
Natalie found her love and talent for cycling after trying triathlon. After winning her first crit race, and then her first road race, she wsa hooked.
Now an accomplished athlete as well as cycling and triathlon coach, Nat combines her love for being outdoors with coaching and mentoring other triathlon coaches.
My favourite part of coaching is seeing people develop their confidence and witnessing their achievements knowing how hard they have worked for them.'
