About the course
Staying fit and motivated on holiday or away for work can be difficult, particularly if you don't have access to your usual workout partners or kit.
This programme is a hiit style two week programme of body weight workouts, with each workout broken down into individual exericses, simply explained.
Can be completed in your hotel room, outdoors, anywhere, anytime. Short, simple, effective.
You will need a resistance band and Pilates ball, easy to pack light.
- 14 workouts.
- High intensity interval workouts.
- Sessions between 5-20 minutes.
