If you want the coaching support and accountabilty that comes from being part of an online training group, join our Autumn Train Strong Together half marathon (trail or road) programme.
After coaching women for over 12 years, we know firsthand that the best results tend to happen with the accountability of group training, even if you have a different goal and training plan.

12 week training plan (level 1, 2 or 3) delivered via our partner software, Training Peaks which enables you to see your sessions at a glance and synchs directly to your Garmin watch.
Weekly coach feedback to your questions.
Bi-monthly group coaching calls.
Glute Strength for Performance Strength training programme.
This programme runs for 12 weeks. You can register and start at any point from 8th August -5th September.
Rachael has over fifteen years experience in strength training for women. An Age Group Triathlete for GB and 1st woman V40 Mumbai Marathon, she also has competed in Ironman. She has created weight-lifting and HIIT programmes that transform performance and help women to become stronger and more stable.
