About the course

If you want to build your body ready for endurance running or long course triathlon, this comprehensive gym-based course is ideal. 

While some prior experience of barbells and kettlebells is preferable, each exericse is broken down for simplified technique to ensure correct form. 

An ideal start to marathon or ultra marathon training. It can also be used while adding running volume. 

  • Twice per week
  • 30-40 minute sessions.
  • 4-8 weeks base training.

About Rachael

Rachael has over fifteen years experience in strength training for women. An Age Group Triathlete for GB and 1st woman V40 Mumbai Marathon, she also has competed in Ironman. She has created weight-lifting and HIIT programmes that transform performance and help women to become stronger and more stable.
