About the course

In an ideal world, we'd have time to go to a yoga class every day. But we don't and many of us struggle to go even once per week.
But there is a better way of achieving your goals with less stress and less time spent, and that's doing a shorter, more consistent practise of 15 minutes every day.
That's why we've created this course, which works on building flexbility, mobility and strength through yoga. You don't need any experience and any equipment (except a yoga mat if you're on a wooden floor!) just the space and the willingess to commit to a short session of yoga daily for 28 days.
For those who practise yoga, the styles will incorporate yin, Shivananda and flow.

About Rachael W
Rachael has over 19 years experience practising yoga, with over a decade of experience in teaching it specifcially to runners and sports people.
Like many runners, she started doing yoga when a running injury forced her out of marathon training. Six months of practise later, and she felt better than she had in years.
Since then, she has gone on to practise across the world, from Brazil to India, where she studied under Madonna's yoga teacher, and Portugal.
She identifies as a runner and triathlete who practises yoga, not a yogi who is a runner or triathlete. And her focus is always on improving the flexibility and mobility of those she teaches.
Flexibility is for everyone, not just the naturally bendy.
