About the course
Our 20 week triathlon programme for first time 70.3 triathletes has been created by Nat Creswick, our British Triathlon Federation level 2 coach and uber cycling coach.
It starts from a volume of approximately three hours per week volume builing to around eight hours in peak weeks. It assumes you can do some indoor cycle training using a gym bike or a turbo.
This training plan has been written with the idea of events like the Castle Triathlon Hever 70.3 event. This includes an open water swim, undualting bike course and an off road undulating run.
