This inclues recipes for meals and juices/smoothies with a shopping list, and a clear list of foods to temporarily exclude, and what to incorporate.
This plan is in three phases, with each phase excluding some foods to help evaluate food insensitivies. You can eat as much as you like of the recommended foods.

Siobhan has been health coaching for over 20 years, in both the corporate and 1-2-1 sector.
She is qualified in Integrative Nutrition, Gut Biology, Functional Medicine and continues to study in pursuit of her interest in how much you can influence your health positively. A firm believer that you can take control of your health but that each person's primary (non food) and secondary (food) fueling needs differ and need to work in synergy.
She is certified in Functional Medicine with the School of Applied Functional Medicine (SAFM) and the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN).
She has also completed 3 ultra marathons (Nepal, Mongolia, Hong Kong), 6 x 70.3s triathlons and one (first one in Ironman in 2019.
