Coaching support 

Our 20 week training programme is more than a plan, it is a training programme experience.

Delivered via our GRTW Training Peak app, the TST programme includes live stream strength and turbo sessions, group and 1-2-1 coaching calls, and an amazing race experience. 

 

 

About the course

This is part of our Pathway to Participation and Performance, with a mission to create gender equality on start and finish lines. The plan is aimed at those who have already done triathlon but this may be your first 70.3.

Stand alongside an equal number of women on the start line, finish and take your place as a woman who inspires others in triathlon, while achieving your best.

Key Dates

Monday February 14th, training plan starts

Live stream turbo classes, once per week (Wednesday 7-8pm)

Friday February 18th strength classes, 7.45-8.15am every week for four weeks 

Date  - Saturday 21st May

Sunday 3rd July 2022 race day

About Nat Creswick

Natalie found her love and talent for cycling after trying triathlon. After winning her first crit race, and then her first road race, she wsa hooked.

Now an accomplished athlete as well as cycling and triathlon coach, Nat combines her love for being outdoors with coaching and mentoring other triathlon coaches. 

My favourite part of coaching is seeing people develop their confidence and witnessing their achievements  knowing how hard they have worked for them.'  

Coaching Qualificatons: British Triathlon Level 2 and Level 2 Diploma and British Cycling Level 2 coach. 

Achievements: Red Bull Time Laps fastest female lap (Editor: she's being modest!)
