About the course
Train Strong Together™ Team GRTW is our initiative to help promote greater participation, accountability and support for women in trail runnining.
Focusing on one specific trail ultra event in 2022, the Lakeland Trails 55km, means that wherever you live in the UK, you can train together virtually for a common goal, and know that you will have support on that start and finish line.
Our research shows that time to train makes running club sessions and gym classes difficult to attend. Our training plan and coaches support you with qualified training advice, while the community help to keep you inspired and accountable.
20 week training plan with four weeks base build including strength and stability, live and pre-recorded.
The training plan is delivered via the training app, Training Peaks, so it's simple to stay accountable and track your training.
Start training date: Monday 31st January 2022, including four weeks of live or pre-recorded strength sessions.
First group coaching call: Sunday 30th January, 7pm

From the infamous Leadville 100 miler to the stunningly beautiful Ultra Trail Mont Blanc, Australian born Lucja is an extremely experienced ultra runner.
Her feet have seen her running across the world in all kinds of terrain from Oman to the Gobi Desert, and now in Tennessee, USA where she is based.
As a qualified personal trainer, with a speciality in functional anatomy and biomechanics, Lucja is particularly interested in creating strength programmes that improve mobilty and biomechanics to help women explore further and for longer, both in distance and in their life span.
As a veteran of 200-240 mile trail races, she is also an expert in mental resilience.
