About the course
We run this course once a year, helping you to get fitter, faster and stronger with the added motivation of being part of a community of women all working towards the same goal.
It includes 30 days of workouts, including tempo and interval work, Run Smooth sessions, aimed at improving your technique, yoga and more. It is also accompanied by our Race Shape eating plan.
A great way of getting fit, faster and feeling race sharp for shorter distances of 5-10k.

With over fifteen years experience in strength training for women, Rachael, a GB Age Group Triathlete and champion marathon runner has created weight lifting and Hiit programmes that transform performance and help women to become stronger and more stable.
