About the course
This 28 day programme includes 3 sessions per week, which include strength, mobility and stability.
You'll also be given a variety of tests to do at the beginning and at the end, to show your progression from start to finish.
You will need some dumbbells or kettlebells for some of the workouts but you can do it at home or in the gym.
It is designed to be followed over a four week programme, maintaining consistency.
3 sessions of 30 minutes or less each per week.
Pre programme tests of strength, stability and core.
A mixture of bodyweight and workouts including dumbbells/kettlebells (you can use either).
Taught by GRTW founder, Rachael with specialisations in Speed for Sport, kettlebells, biomechanics and training for peri and menopause athletes.
Rachael has over fifteen years experience in strength training for women. An Age Group Triathlete for GB and 1st woman V40 Mumbai Marathon, she also has competed in Ironman. She has created weight-lifting and HIIT programmes that transform performance and help women to become stronger and more stable.
