About the course
When you are used to moving your body and challenging your limits, you need to have an expert framework and structure to help you get back to endurance training after having a baby.
This way, you will rebuild your foundations and be able to feel confident about pushing your body to take on the challenges that you are used to.
- Three sessions per week.
- Body weight with some theraband work.
- 20 minute durations.
