About the course
Every session will be a focused strength session using kettlebells/dumbbells. The focus will be on building a strong core and glutes for stability, alongside building muscle for better hormone balance and metabolism.
Each session is 30 minutes and will require the use of dumbbells and/or kettlebells.
From 6th September - 1st October 2021, sessions will be
Monday, 6.30am or 7.15am
Rachael has over fifteen years experience in strength training for women. An Age Group Triathlete for GB and 1st woman V40 Mumbai Marathon, she also has competed in Ironman. She has created weight-lifting and HIIT programmes that transform performance and help women to become stronger and more stable.
A kettlebell or dumbell of at least 8kg (heavier if you are experienced), an exercise mat and laptop or phone to help you participate in the class.
