Spring-Summer Season Trail Running Series

Dates: March 3rd – June 24th. All dates except the first are on Sunday.  NO run on Sunday March 25th, when we will be at the Lancing 10km or April 28th. £70 for 14 runs or book in when sorts on an individual run basis for £10 per run.

You can join us in training for a particular event, or just join us to enjoy the running and training. Pay for an entire season, or drop in as and when suits. If you pay for a full season, you’ll get access to our members only Brighton and Hove Facebook group with local  business discounts and race entry bargains with our event partners.

Our Spring focus is about enjoy the beautiful trail runs on the Downs and for those who have entered, getting runners fit and strong for the Bluebell 10km or 10 mile.

In  our early summer season, we switch to offering two route distances, one for those who prefer a relaxed, explore the trails option, while the other will focus on building stamina and endurance for the rather fabulous Bewl 15 miles on July 1st which ends with a pint of Harvey’s and a table laden with home made cake.

Please note that BOTH events sell out way in advance, so book your entries soon.

For anyone who takes part in our courses, you’ll get access to our  Brighton and Hove Girls Run the World members access only group, which contains exclusive discounts codes with our event partners, including Raw Energy Pursuits, EndurancetoLive, Maverick Races and many more.

Your coaches will be Rachael, Tara and new coach, Helena.

STRENGTH FOR RUNNING, THURSDAY 7-7.30pm. Six weeks booking now, April 19th – May 24th Hove Park

The number one way to help you prevent injuries and become a more efficient runner is strength training. But how to fit it in when you love running and you want to just do that all the time?

With this course that gives you a 30 minute session focused entirely on building stability and strength in your legs, gluteals and core using kettle bells, medicine balls, body weight and TRX.

The class meets at 7pm (bring a mat) at the park where Woodruff Avenue meets Goldstone Crescent. Meet at my car to pick up the necessary equipment for your current level of fitness and we’ll start as soon as possible after that, running for 30 minutes.

This class is suitable for ALL LEVELS, and will be progressed or regressed according to your current level of fitness.
